One of the primary benefits for The Interview Club forum participants is exposure to a heightened pressure environment, instant positive strategic feedback and a variety of feedback from other participants and a moderator. Instead of “performing” for one person they have to perform for a room full of their peers, a mock hiring manager and a small evaluation/feedback team.
